Web Pages

Today we started off the session with a discussion regarding network security relating to an article off the BBC news. We discussed different types and forms of security which perhaps could be in place to ensure data is kept more secure.

Then we continued where we left off with our HTML & CSS which I very much enjoyed. We went through a lot today as we created our own interactive web pages which had things such as navigation buttons to an application form. Bradley and I worked very well on this today as we shared ideas in going forward with today's task, we even added extra features that we were not instructed to do.

We had 6 different pages (all interactive) with each page having content such as text, videos and images. Today's session has taught me the level of detail that is required for HTML & CSS. After spending more time on the programmes themselves, it became more clear as I was able to identify where changes were required in order to change the way something looked but also any errors.

Having touched HTML briefly before I am now more confident when inserting particular tags & links, after being taught a better understanding of them.

Here is just an example of some HTML for one of the pages we created today.
